I listed a property with Alden and let him take the wheel. This property was accessible by foot only (no vehicular access), so it was not buildable and required extra time and effort to be shown to potential buyers. Alden sold this "difficult" property not once but twice, as the original buyer backed out for reasons unrelated to the property. Although it was not a large, high-dollar, high-commission property, it was given as much attention as any of his other higher-value, higher-commission listings.
