Born and raised in eastern North Carolina, Allen has always had a deep connection to the land and the outdoors. An avid sportsman, he relishes every opportunity to connect with the outdoors. Whether it was summers spent in the tobacco patch, fall/winter in the deer/duck blind or chasing Spring gobblers, each season offered a new and exciting opportunity.

Allen resides in Kinston with his wonderful wife Beth and two children, Seth and Makinzie. His family is rounded out by two loyal dogs, Max and Chase. Allen's black lab Chase can often be seen riding shotgun, walking listings or traveling around the country in pursuit of waterfowl.

With a distinguished career in law enforcement spanning 20 years, Allen has developed a strong sense of integrity and a commitment to honesty. Building relationships is at the core of who he is, and he takes pride in fostering connections within the community.

Whether Allen is exploring the great outdoors or spending time with family and friends, his life is driven by a passion for authenticity and meaningful interactions.
