We highly recommend Ann White as a realtor for farm land and other large acreage. She successfully guided us through the sale of our acreage in southeastern Idaho. The parcel had a lot of complexities that had to be sorted out, and Ann was instrumental in promptly investigating these irregularities and communicating necessary information to all parties involved. She walked the hilly property (roughly 150 acres) with us and on her own on several occasions. She went out of her way to meet with prospective buyers and their realtors. Ann and Dave White with Whitetail properties were great to work with. They sold a 19 acre piece of ground for us in Southern Idaho.
