I met Bill last July at our Rockville farm on a blistering hot summer day. I could tell that I liked Bill after that very first visit. My father had just passed away in January and after much discussion we decided to sell the family farm. Whitetail Properties has a unique business model. Most realtors cannot value and sell property where the value is mostly in the timber and land. Five years ago I attempted to value my 53 acres and was torn between foresters' estimates and plain vanilla realtors' estimates. I saw Whitetail properties on the internet, but they were at that time not licensed in Indiana. A year ago I became aware that they had agents in Indiana.
