A neighbor had sold a larger parcel through Brian Whitt, and he highly recommended I contact him regarding our property. We only owned a small 3.09 acre place with an older mobile home on it. I just wanted to tell you my experience was great. Brian Whitt was so very good. He walked us around the property and showed us the boundary lines, and he gave me this app that helps me know where the boundaries are in the future if I need it later down the road. He also gave us some good info. Where to look at places for building a cabin and an excavator person. He told me if I had any question about anything to just let him know. He is a great guy. Sara and all the people that did the paper work, thank you all so much for working with me. That was our first time doing it electronically and I guess I’m old school.
