Cade was our primary contact. He was knowledgeable in land sells, down-to-earth, and readily available by phone, text, or email. He kept us updated on the progress of the offers and answered any questions we had. If he did not know the answer, he researched the issue and got back to us. Additionally, due to a long-planned trip that we were on during the time of closing, we were confident enough in Cade to have him serve as our POA at the closing.
