I have always felt a special bond with the land, with the bounty it provides, the opportunity it holds, and its inherent beauty. Nature enables my hobbies: fishing, hunting, diving, hiking, camping, and the list goes on. My academic life also centered around land, Ecology, and it's appropriate management.
