Having grown up in Southwest Ohio, we believe this is one of the best places to call home. Both Cheri and I have been in the business of remodeling and repairing homes for over 30 years and get great satisfaction out of seeing the transformation take place. Several years ago we started flipping houses. We took houses from something barely usable to a place a family could plant themselves and grow many memories. It seemed part of the natural progression to be able to start paring buyers with those homes. From there, we have continued to evolve our business and become licensed agents eager to help both buyers and sellers with not only typical residential properties, but also with those involving recreational and farmland. We have seen the excitement and anticipation people have when walking properties and begin seeing themselves living and growing there. That’s what makes this the best career out there! The best part is I get to do it all with my best friend. We each bring our own expertise to the table and in doing so make an awesome team!
