Chris recommended writing our own contingency in so we could continue to show the property. It paid off very quickly, with a new offer the first buyer had 72 hours to remove their contingencies or with draw the offer. They with drew the offer and we were able to close the deal on the new offer which was much better. Chris sold our property in a very reasonable time and at a reasonable price.
