Clint Carlson did an EXCELLENT job!!! It was a challenging property, as there was an issue with access, but he persevered! He never gave up, unlike the two real estate agents I had listed with before him from two different agencies. He was very professional, ensuring everything was stated in his write-up of the property; he was upfront about the access not being written in the title. He did lots of research when he was first given my listing. He crossed all his t’s and dotted all the i’s. He also kept in touch to let me know what was happening, even if it was not much.
