Cody did an extremely good job with this transaction. He knew what we were looking for in a property and told us about a property just minutes after it was listed. He made an appointment for us to look at the property the next day in the morning. He went with us to the property and he had already researched it and was able to tell us about the property in detail. We really liked the property and we let Cody know were wanted to make an offer but wanted to get some answers from contractors. We made contact with contractors and Cody met with the contractors when we couldn't so we could get information. Cody contacted the listing agent to tell him we were going to make an offer and was informed of another interested party. He immediately let us know and we made an offer which he walked us through and turned into the listing agent.
