My agent was Cody Kanuscak. From the first phone call, Cody was very professional and personable. He was also very responsive. If he did not answer your phone call or text, he got back to you a short time later, you never had to wait. Initially, I was very apprehensive about dealing with a realtor long distance. I did, however; decide to contact Whitetail Properties to inquire about listing and left Cody a message. As it turned out, he was out of state on a business trip and called me a short time later during a break. Being a long distance from my property, it was not easy to get to. Cody was very flexible and accommodating. He met me at my property at my first opportunity.Cody was very informative, knowledgeable about the Upper Peninsula market, and very accommodating – easy to work with.
