Cody Sims was a phenomenal guide throughout the entire process of my purchase. From the initial phase of helping me explore and appreciate what was being sold and how it would or would not suit my needs, to finalizing the details of the transaction... each step was met with extreme professionalism. I never doubted that he had my best interest in mind. For example, halfway through the contract phase after earnest money had already been put down, there was a small dispute with the seller about commissions. Cody was willing to forgo his portion to ensure the deal did not fall through even though it had been a misunderstanding on the seller's part. Luckily this was all avoided, but it showed his character. Additionally, knowing I had yet to acquire a side by side, he offered to drop off his on our closing day so my family and I could enjoy our new property. It's little details like this that create trust, loyalty, and overall longstanding business. I'd also like to share the same sentiment for my initial Whitetail Properties agent, Jared Kennedy. I started working with Jared after seeing his professionalism on display during some property visits in Jack County. But after some analysis, it made more sense for my family and I to look in East Texas. Jared respectfully passed me along to Cody and Justin Glass knowing they would be the local experts and serve my needs in the region.
