Dalton with Whitetail Properties was amazing in his knowledge and his efforts to get things done, which was not easy. Many hoops had to be jumped through to get a VA Veterans loan. The property is very remote, and things had to be fixed on and in the house. He found me professionals in the area to do the work, also fixing some things himself when he couldn't find contractors. I was 1300 miles away and couldn't find people to do the jobs. Dalton was always positive and went out of his way to make sure I was informed and that I felt secure in the process of buying my home. He even called me regularly to make sure I wasn't getting discouraged. I can’t thank Tre and Dalton enough for helping me sell my property!I had a great job opportunity in Utah, and I jumped on it back in March. I made the move with my wife short notice. I reached out to Tre to help me list and sell my property. I packed up and left all of it up to Tre to get it sold. He got the word out fast, and we had offers within the first week. He maintained the property while it was listed such as mowing, cleaning it up, checking on it, etc. I did not have to do anything, and him and Dalton took care of everything.
