About Dave Schutt
Dave Schutt is a tenured and highly experienced real estate agent serving eastern Wisconsin.
Dave’s roots run deep in this area; growing up in Green Bay, attending college for his BBA degree at UW Oshkosh, and being a lifetime resident of the area he now serves for Whitetail Properties. Dave prides himself on providing excellent customer service by educating both new and experienced buyers and sellers throughout the complexities of their real estate transactions. He’s earned the Realtor’s Land Institute Apex producer’s award every year going back to 2021, highlighting the hundreds of successful transactions he has managed. He also leads the well-equipped team of land and country home specialists for Whitetail Properties in Wisconsin. Fostering integrity and reliability is a primary focus of the team to serve the Wisconsin marketplace in the most professional way.
Prior to real estate, Dave excelled in the medical equipment and veterinary sales industry throughout the Midwest. His deep passion, a love for the land and the outdoors that dates back to his childhood, led him to the path he is on today.
Dave is a landowner and can be found in his free time working on one of his family’s hunting properties. Planting trees, working food plots, and promoting conservation in general offer him an unrivaled sense of accomplishment. He also enjoys pursuing Walleye on the Lake Winnebago system and Green Bay competitively in fishing tournaments. Dave enjoys spending time with his family: his wife, Angie, and two children, Abbi and Leyton.
If you are considering selling hunting land, tillable land, or a home in the country, give Dave a call; his experience and candor will serve you well!
