I left the Adirondack Region of New York to pursue a career as a firefighter and quickly made Southern Pennsylvania my home with my wife Kaitlyn and two boys, Wells and Waylon. I found Pennsylvania and Maryland to be states that hold large whitetails with an abundance of deer so I started a business that evaluates properties, estimates deer densities, and creates a management plan for land owners. I became a writer for several outdoor magazines and digital outlets where I share my experience and knowledge with the world. Finding the greater value of a property beyond just general real estate, is what being a Land Specialist at Whitetail Properties is all about. The satisfaction of connecting buyers and sellers of land is rewarding in itself, but doing so with a common interest in land and the outdoors, turns my clients into my family.
