Ernie grew up in Irmo, South Carolina, a small suburb of Columbia, where he attended the University of South Carolina and obtained a degree in Business Administration. He has been a realtor along the Grand Strand area for over 30 years and specializes in vacation homes and recreational tracts of land. He is also a licensed builder in North and South Carolina. He is an avid deer hunter and outdoorsman who enjoys the opportunity to pass his skills down to his son, Joshua. Ernie has a wealth of knowledge and experience in dealing with recreational real estate which allows him to provide unparallel service to buyers and sellers.
