I was fortunate enough to grow up in the beautiful piney woods of the Alabama blackbelt. My father took my brother and me out for simple outings like catching brim and trying to plink turtles with a 22. Chasing whitetails was not an opportunity for me until around 16. After graduating from Auburn University, I ran my own businesses for a decade, and my spare time was spent learning, managing, and chasing whitetails. I always knew I wanted to combine my passion with my career, and when the opportunity arose I took it. I spent 4 years producing outdoor TV which allowed me to learn whitetail habitats, tendencies, and tactics across the US and Canada. This then led to a job offer in Texas with a whitetail management company which allowed me to help Texas landowners realize their dreams! This path also led me to my beautiful wife Jana who is quickly becoming an avid hunter. When I learned about Whitetail Properties I knew it represented the dream job for me, helping passionate people realize the dream of owning land!
