I just closed on 318 acres in Giles County Tennessee. The property was represented by Gary Carty. I want to compliment Gary for the great job he did during the viewing of the property. At our initial meeting at the property Gary gave me a tour in his ATV. We viewed as much of the property as we could from the ATV. During the tour Gary pointed out some of the prominent features. We saw scrapes, rubs, food plots, looked at deer stands, and even saw a couple of deer. After the initial meeting I was interested but wanted to see the property in more detail. Gary met me a second time and we walked the perimeter. This took about four hours. After that I was hooked. During the negotiating process Gary was straight forward, honest, and professional. I think he represented both sides of the sale fairly and unbiased. Gary’s efforts greatly exceeded what I have come to expect from your “typical” realtor. I am 100% Satisfied. Thanks

When I got Gary’s flyer I thought I’d give him a call. Never in my wildest dreams would I have thought someone would take the amount of time he did to position my property for sale. He did aerial views via a drone. Mapped it, photo it and walked every inch of it. Gary talked to me about the listing price and talked me through several negotiations until we sold it just this April 2018. The listing was only out there for just over one year. Gary was great to work with, always positive and never doubtful about selling it…he felt it was priced to sell. Even after the sale, Gary helped me find a person to transport my horses to Kentucky to my daughter’s farm. I am so lucky to have found Gary to help sell the land…he is not only a GREAT realtor but a really good friend and I can’t say enough good things about this guy.
