Jason McGee

A native of southwest Georgia, Jason McGee’s lifelong connection to land and the outdoors began in childhood, where he spent countless hours hunting, fishing, and exploring the natural beauty of the region with his father and brother. This early passion laid the foundation for a career deeply rooted in land, forestry, and conservation. Jason holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Forestry from the University of Georgia’s Warnell School of Forestry and Natural Resources- credentials that reflect a strong academic foundation in land management and environmental stewardship. He is a Registered Forester in both Georgia and Alabama, and a proud Accredited Land Consultant (ALC), a title awarded by the Realtor’s Land Institute only to the most accomplished, the most experienced, and the highest performing land real estate experts across the country.

In addition to Jason’s more than 10 years of real estate experience, he spent 18+ years as a forestry consultant and land manager. His hands-on experience advising clients on sustainable land practices, timber investments, land management plans, and conservation easements gives him a practical edge far beyond traditional real estate expertise. Whether helping clients buy recreational tracts, timberland, or investment & development properties, Jason brings a boots-on-the-ground approach that ensures a strategic and informed process every step of the way. Adding to his forestry and real estate credentials, Jason is also FAA Part 107 certified, allowing him to provide clients with high-quality aerial imagery and detailed visual property assessments.
