This is our second property purchased using Jay Minor as our realtor, there's a reason he was our first call! We own 12+ acres and the 26.77 acres (which border our property) we just purchased came up for sale back in April. Circumstances in our life changed, and we were able to make an offer in August. I called Jay and left a message with the basic details.. By the time he called me back, he had already gathered so much information about the property, from maps to elevation charts! He was able to answer a lot of our questions right away.
