I have been in the real estate business since the late 1980’s and soon after became a Broker-in-Charge of my own company. Real Estate investing has always been a part of me. I have started and sold several small businesses which has increased my understanding of property value and income potential. 

I am a Consulting Wildlife and Fisheries Biologist specializing in habitat enhancement. This experience has been helpful in identifying the strengths of a parcel of land and provides insight into the unique needs of landowners looking to purchase a rural property. I have worked with the South Carolina DNR in multiple positions and I have most recently served as the Director of Advancement for QDMA.These opportunities have provided me with an extensive network that will be of benefit to future customers.
