"Shiloh Christian Children’s Ranch was faced with an audacious task of selling an entire children’s home ranch site with facilities that were not of the “normal variety.” The ranch site included the following: 1) Homes (three) that were not designed for your everyday single-family dwelling, 2) A school facility that was a remodeled home, 3) A horse arena facility, 4)An out building with work shop, horse stalls and hay loft, 5) A chicken coop, 6) Two pavilions, 7) A large lake and a small pond, 8) A bunkhouse facility with RV hook ups, 9) a full-size outdoor basketball court, 10) A greenhouse, 11) Hunting ground acreage, and 12) A 40 acre hay field. From my very first conversation with Jeff this fall to the closing on the property a couple of weeks ago, Rachael and I can clearly say it was an honor working with Jeff. We have never felt so comfortable with a real estate agent as we did with Jeff. Our farm was unique in that we had 3 different families listed as owners. Jeff did not hesitate when he found out the complexity of our situation. Through it all, he was patient and understanding with us all in different locations and with the questions we had. He was prompted to go out to view the land and get it listed. Our property was under contract within 2 days, and the sale was complete within 30 days. Jeff helped us figure out the best way to complete closing if we could not complete it in person.
