Through his diligent efforts, he negotiated for an easement that I was able to purchase. This gave access to the 160 acres and, therefore, made the property more sellable and valuable. He managed to get more for the property. I feel he went above and beyond the “call of duty” as we went through quite an ordeal and he endured some verbal abuse from another individual.
