I would say it was all good. Jeremy Morris was my agent/specialist. He was professional in that everything was timely, accurate, and informative. One of the big things was that he was very helpful in guiding/planning, and implementing a few things to help enhance the property and make it show better to a prospective buyer. We spent a relatively small amount of money on roads, food plots, etc., that I think made a big difference to recreational buyers, and Jeremy found a buyer for a good price. One other thing to note is that I thought his style was relaxed enough, but at the same time kept us moving and getting things done, so that it was an enjoyable experience (plus profitable) for me. I will definitely work with him again and am planning another possible sale now.
