I grew up on a small dairy farm where I developed a love for the outdoors. After graduating from college, I started a career in the outdoor sporting goods industry. I spent the next 40 years working for some of the largest retailers in the hunting industry. I retired as Executive Vice President of Merchandising and Marketing from The Sportsman's Guide in 2011. Working now as a Whitetail Properties Land Specialist is a marriage of my passions for land management and hunting. I have had the opportunity to hunt all over the country, but nothing compares to hunting on your own property.
