Jordan lives in the Gunnison Valley of Colorado and brings a lifelong passion for land, wildlife, and the outdoors to his work with Whitetail Properties. Raised in the Piney Woods of East Texas, he developed an early appreciation for rural land and stewardship and long dreamed of living and working in the mountains.

After graduating from Oklahoma State University, Jordan spent 15 years as an in-house landman negotiating complex real estate and mineral acquisitions across the US. His background provides clients with a deep understanding of property rights, land transactions, and the importance of detail-driven execution. He is also a Certified Professional Landman (CPL) with the American Association of Professional Landmen.

After moving to the Gunnison Valley in 2020, Jordan gained hands-on experience in property management while continuing his work in land and real property, sharpening his insight into HOA governance and the nuances of the local market.

A lifetime hunter and angler, Jordan enjoys pursuing deer, elk, bear, waterfowl, and grouse, often alongside his bird dog, Layla. He is also an avid fly fisherman and accomplished musician. He is committed to helping clients find land that fits both their goals and lifestyle.
