Joe was fantastic. He is also a hard-core hunter who gets it done on big game and waterfowl so he knows land when he sees it. He's the real deal. I think the best quality that would make me recommend Joe to everyone is that he was very fast on his responses to me. He was easy to get ahold of and when I was ready to make an offer, he immediately had the purchase agreement ready to go. He gave me strategic advice on the negotiating process. I sold a property with Joe then also purchased one and Joe was my agent on both sides of those sales. Overall just a great experience and I felt like Joe was always in my corner looking out for me.
