Justin resides in rural Franklin County with his wife Maggie, daughter Hallie, and son Dayton. Prior to becoming a Land Specialist, Justin practiced law for over 16 years and served as President and CEO of a successful Title Company for 7 years, all in Franklin County, Missouri. During his tenure at the title company, he oversaw thousands of real estate transactions. Justin has served clients in real estate matters of all kinds including closing transactions, litigating cases in Associate and Circuit Courts, and arguing land cases in Missouri Appellate Courts. Justin has also mediated nearly 100 cases, serves as Chairman of the Franklin County Board of Zoning Adjustment, and is a Director for the Franklin County Industrial Development Authority.

In 2022 Justin decided to pursue his passion for land and farms, and left his suit and tie behind. He has been a die-hard outdoor sportsman his entire life, not only hunting and fishing but also managing land for wildlife and researching, buying, and selling recreational properties. Justin has personally, as well as part of a group of investors, bought and sold thousands of acres of hunting land throughout Missouri and Iowa. His time is currently spent managing multiple farms for his son and nephews.
