I've bought and sold a lot of properties over the years and I have to say it was an excellent experience working with Justin. I contracted Justin on Labor Day via email to list my property. I didn't expect a response until the following day but he responded immediately. He had the listing live and a sign in the yard by Thursday. We then had 2 showings on Friday and had a signed purchase agreement on Saturday. Wow!! Justin is very efficient and thorough with what he does. I was very impressed with the process and his work ethic. There is a property just down the road that has been on the market over a year with more acreage.
