Kollin’s passion for the outdoors began early—by age four, he was already chasing adventure. Whether it was baseball in the summer or bowhunting whitetails in the fall, his life was built around grit, discipline, and the pursuit of excellence. A promising D1 baseball career was cut short after six concussions, but that setback became a turning point.

At 17, he launched a custom duck and turkey call business that reached 42 states, earning national recognition and igniting the entrepreneurial fire that would later fuel his real estate success.

After years in residential sales, Kollin followed his calling—literally and spiritually—to become a land specialist. Today, he combines his deep knowledge of the outdoors with real estate expertise to help clients buy and sell properties where memories are made and legacies begin.

Off the clock, you’ll find him with his wife Olivia, training their Labs, managing habitat, or scouting public land across PA. Faith, hard work, and creative thinking define every move he makes—for his family and his clients.
