About Levi Smith

Levi, hailing from Rome, Georgia, boasts a familial legacy deeply embedded in the timber industry, actively participating since the late '70s. Immersed in this realm from his early years, Levi cultivated a profound passion for the outdoors. His educational journey culminated in a degree in Forest Technology from ABAC in Tifton, Georgia.

Possessing an extensive background in the timber industry, Levi garnered first hand expertise in timber management, land transactions, and the nuanced art of maximizing property value based on unique land characteristics. Presently residing in Rome with his wife Brittany and their three children, Levi actively oversees their farm in Texas Valley, managing it for both timber and wildlife.

Levi's childhood affinity for hunting and fishing has seamlessly evolved into family traditions, where he imparts these outdoor pursuits to his own children. Eager to leverage his knowledge and decades of firsthand experience in timber and land management, Levi is committed to assisting clients in unlocking the full potential of their properties.

Recognizing that unlocking a property's full potential requires a skill honed through years of hands-on experience, Levi has actively honed and applied his expertise for nearly two decades. Whether you're in the market to buy or sell, Levi is enthusiastic about using his unique insights and skillset on your behalf. Trust him to navigate the complexities of the real estate landscape and ensure your property goals are not only met but exceeded.
