My wife and I had a farm with 30 acres. When we sold the farm we split the property and kept 15 acres as a building site. Once the sale of the residence went through our agent told us that he was not interested in listing the lot. We proceeded to contact a local realtor and signed a six month agreement with them. During the six months we were listed we received no information from the realtor other than no one had seen the lot. At the end of the six months the realtor took down the posting, removed all their signs and never bothered to communicate this to us.We had been debating on how to proceed with the sale - and by chance received a postcard from Mark Zimmerman at Whitetail Properties. I liked the fact that Whitetail specialized in land (we had a 15 acre lot) and I felt that he might understand how to market our lot.Upon meeting Mark it was clear that he had a lot of knowledge about selling properties.
