From the beginning my experience with Matt was fulfilling. Within 24 hours of our first contact, he had started to locate properties for sale in the price range and acreage specified. He, without hesitation, drove us around several counties over 2-3 weekends viewing several properties. We ultimately realized that we would have to come up in price to obtain what we were looking for. When we did find the piece of land that we were looking for he helped and guided us through the purchasing phase. Even though we had bought 2 homes in the past, we found this to be a different process. A week after we made our decision to buy, Matt walked the property with me. He spent as much time with me as needed and answered additional questions. On the day that we made our decision to buy the property, the neighbor's daughter presented herself, and somewhat strongly made her concerns known regarding the exact position of the property boundary lines. Even though we explained to her that we were going to have the property surveyed, she still persisted with her complaints.  Matt took it upon himself to visit this neighbor's home and again listened to their concerns. Matt explained to them that we were in the process of having the land surveyed and that we were having the property lines marked, and explained at great length how current technology makes the process nearly fool-proof.  This appeased the neighbors, and they have had no concerns since. In addition, Matt was prompt with sharing new information, and returning phone calls and emails. Even when he had a family emergency, he did his best to keep communications open. I would and already have started to recommend him to friends and colleagues.
