In spite of the fact that he was located several hours away from our property, he made an effort to be at every showing. After years of having my late brother’s land on the market without any activity, I did the best thing ever! I found Whitetail Properties who hooked me up with realtor Michael Cashman. Mike was enthusiastic and positive from the start. He walked the land, took many pictures, which he posted online, and kept me informed. Within two weeks there was activity. A short time later the right person came along. At closing, the buyer told me how Mike rearranged his schedule to show him the 160 acres.
