"We worked with the team of Mike Poor and David Hamilton. Mike showed us the property, and then David took over and coordinated all of the paperwork. This was the best model for purchasing a house we have ever experienced. Since we are former military, we have bought and sold numerous properties. We saw the property on a website on Sunday, we traveled and saw it on Wednesday and put in a bid that night. It was accepted right away.
