I enjoyed working with Paul. My siblings (who also participated in ownership of the property) and I felt he did a very good job of presenting the property through photo and video presentations for marketing purposes. We did feel he could have been more proactive in keeping us informed with more frequent, maybe quarterly, updates on the status/interest in our property. We did make a price adjustment after the first 6-month contract and were going to propose another adjustment after 12 months, but a potential buyer appeared at that time, and we agreed to the sale. My final comment is that except for offers received or pending it seemed like we had to seek updates through periodic emails or texts to be kept informed of ongoing activities.
