About Rich Baugh
Rich Baugh, Whitetail Properties Real Estate Broker in Iowa, has been selling real estate full time since 2006. Rich has always had a passion for land and for whitetail hunting. In 2008 Rich purchased a farm in Henry Co, Iowa, that he developed and managed. This farm became one of the premier whitetail hunting farms in the country and produced dozens of big mature whitetails that were featured on Whitetail Properties TV and the Monster Bucks DVD series. Rich’s experience in selling real estate, managing his own properties, and whitetail hunting have prepared him to help his clients in every facet of a sale or purchase.
