Ryan has had a deep love for the outdoors for as long as he can remember. Whether he’s hunting, fishing, or simply enjoying time in nature, being outside has always been a central part of who he is. Raised in southwest Pennsylvania, Ryan still proudly calls the area home, where he lives with his wife and their black Labrador Retriever.

Over the years, Ryan has combined his passion for the outdoors with hands-on field experience. He has spent time working with and filming for Mountain Top Outdoors, as well as maintaining the historic Summit Inn’s golf course—both roles that have allowed him to be immersed in the wooded landscapes he loves most.

When the opportunity arose to join the Whitetail Properties team, Ryan was immediately drawn to the mission of helping others find the perfect piece of land to call their own. He takes pride in helping clients discover beautiful properties where they can build memories, pursue their outdoor passions, and achieve their dream of land ownership.
