Scott is a graduate of Western Illinois University. After purchasing his first bow 30 years ago, archery and bowhunting quickly became a way of life for Scott, which continues to fuel his obsession with competitive archery and bow hunting. Scott promised his wife, Anita, he would someday offset the cost of his hobby by making it pay. This came true in July of 2000 when Scott opened Pike County Archery in whitetail country – Pike County, Illinois. For over 15 years, Pike County Archery has enabled him to meet hunters and archers from all over the United States and some from foreign countries. This experience has given him insight as to what hunting goals they desire to achieve. Scott decided 5 years ago to acquire his real estate license. He continues to combine his well-known knowledge for land in Western Illinois and assisting hunters in the land transaction process.
