About Scott Hicks
Scott, a native of central North Carolina, has a deep passion for hunting quail, deer, and turkey, which has led him to maintain approximately 1000 acres of land since 2007. In addition to hunting, he also enjoys offshore fishing and spending time in the outdoors.
With his background as a former Infantry Paratrooper in the US Army, Scott brings a disciplined and results-oriented approach to everything he does. Scott has also been a sworn Law enforcement officer since 1996 and is still a part-time Deputy Sheriff in the county he resides in.
Scott has been in the real estate industry for 10 years, and in 2020, he was appointed as the Team Leader for Whitetail Properties in multiple states, including NC, VA, and SC. In his current role as team leader and managing broker for his team, Scott continues to grow his own team and business in Central and Eastern North Carolina, which focuses on representing clients on recreational, waterfront, and development land. With this segmentation, Scott's team can assist a diverse group of buyers and sellers throughout the state of North Carolina.
