Seth was born and raised in the South with a deep-rooted appreciation for land, hard work, and the outdoors. He combines a long career in baseball with a lifelong passion for hunting, fishing,and land stewardship, Values that have shaped who he is both personally and professionally.

Discipline, dedication, integrity, and a passion for the outdoors now serve as the foundation of his success in land real estate. A graduate of Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College and Lee University, Seth combines his previous studies with hands-on experience managing his family’s land. His love for hunting, fishing, and the land has been a constant throughout his life, driving his commitment to conservation and improving the land for future generations.
