It was an exceptionally smooth process. There were some issues with the closing but those related to the title company, not to Steve. Very satisfied. The brochure had arrived several times in previous years but it wasn't yet time for us to sell. This year it got here just as we decided to proceed so I called. I was impressed with Steve's expertise and communication skill, and that sealed the deal.
