We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Terry and Ryan! They knew the area well and appreciated our property's unique and special features. It was a rather complicated setup with several contributing factors, including multiple owners & entities, managed forest land, DNR issues, etc., and we knew from the beginning it was going to be a challenge to find a buyer.
