Tim was born and raised in prime Ohio Whitetail country and grew up hunting, fishing and trapping. He’s always had a passion for the outdoors and land. Since 2000 he’s been a part of the Outdoor industry in one aspect or another, and is recognized as a successful bow hunter. He is known as a true whitetail strategist and his love for the outdoors is contagious. In 2008 his career interests in land and farming lead him to a real estate degree and a career helping buyers and sellers. Tim’s God given talents, skills and ability allow him to understand the true value in recreational properties. His relationships with his clients doesn’t stop at closing. He continues to assist setting up farms, putting in food plots and advising best management practices. Tim values hard work and believes in a God first way of life.
