Todd worked a complicated sale with many family members involved, which included navigating many different sets of needs and obstacles due to the legacy status of the property. Todd worked with the title company, the buyers, and us as the sellers to get a clear title within a 30-day escrow - including a two-week extension! We also had to deal with extended family using the property, and Todd helped facilitate their communication and needs. Unexpectedly, the first buyer backed out due to local residents' objections to the commercial development of the property. Todd had two backup offers, and we were able to get the property sold within a month of the first buyer’s cancellation. Todd was accessible and solution-oriented.
