"A little background: I buy land, improve it, and often subdivide it in an effort to create rural build sites, create higher percent tillable row crop farms, or simply create improved rec. farms for people to enjoy. I have had this hobby for over 20 years, but it has grown into a full-time effort over the last 5 years, where I have purchased several thousand acres and improved, subdivided, and resold land. As such, I have crossed paths with Travis.Travis contacted me last summer on a 120-acre listing he had in southern Johnson County, MO, along O Hwy. The process involves multiple different people, and to be successful at what I do, I have to have a team of people who are among the best in the industry, most importantly a listing agent, and I rate Travis among the best. His marketing efforts - from the property photos to the narratives of the various tracts, signage, etc. were all of excellent quality. His communication is also on point, and I always felt like I knew where Travis was with various showings, inquiries, etc. Even if it was a "slow" week, Travis would give me a weekly update to keep me in the loop.Travis has earned my confidence and trust in his ability to market real estate.
