I am not a big believer in coincidences, so having Tre to lean on and pick his brain on how to go about selling Dad and Mom's farm was a BLESSING BEYOND BELIEF! I got a postcard in the mail from Tre Kerns offering services in the area of West Virginia where I owned a piece of property. I sent him an email asking if he could help me sell it, and of course he said yes. I basically sent him a description of the property and he did the rest. He did research on the land and even visited the site and took pictures. It didn't seem to take long for him to have some buyers lined up. Tre took care of everything! Bless his heart it was on the market for awhile due to the location, but he was diligent and would go out and retake pictures and talk to me about pricing. During the closing process, I was frustrated with the closing team (not him), and he was right there backing us up with our frustrations in the lack of communication on the closing team from the buyer. He is a true gentleman and gives it his all and we loved working with him.
