Sugar Creek, a major water tributary in the area, flows right through the center of the property, and, as you meander south, you’ll notice that Maple Branch creates a spur of additional creek frontage flowing down into the Southwest portion of the farm. This is a year-round water source and tremendous funnel for the deer. You can also find an oxbow on the Southern portion, creating a natural loafing area for the ducks.
