I am a firm believer that having a farm in the right neighborhood is really what it takes to consistently kill giant whitetails year after year. This property and the surrounding neighborhood have consistently produced multiple Boone and Crockett deer, including many in the 180's, 190's, and even over the 200" mark.

Plenty of giant trees still give this farm a ton of character. It has a lot of diversity in the timber, with hardwoods and cedars mixed in, and it has a lot of topography changes.
I've hunted and owned land in several counties in southern Iowa, and I can't think of a better neighborhood than this one. Knowing that you already have giant deer and a lot of turkeys running around on the property, I can only imagine what it will be like to get this thing fully finished with food plots, thickened-up bedding areas, and the whole nine yards.
